Rules

1.  You must own the domain you list.  Domain with privacy protection are not permitted by the IN Registry and we do not permit their listing at Listed.co.in.

2.  All agreements to buy or sell a domain are legally binding.  Failure to complete the sale of a domain will result in penalties, up to and including your account at Listed.co.in being terminated.

3.  Offers are valid and binding for 7 days only.

4.  If you agree to purchase a domain, payment must be made within 7 days.  The seller must transfer the domain within 7 days.

5.  No one may have more than one account at Listed.co.in.

6.  All prices are is US Dollars and are inclusive of any taxes.

7.  Listed.co.in’s fee is the larger of 12% or $20, in addition to escrow fees (if any).

8.  I accept that this agreement is subject to the laws of Ontario, Canada, and that the courts in Ontario, Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction on any dispute that may arise.
